Open Roles
Please note: Availability to work all dates of the Tournament (Saturday, April 3 – Sunday, April 11) is mandatory. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age on or before March 26, 2027, or the first day of employment, whichever occurs first. No exceptions.

Concessions
One of the most popular traditions for patrons is enjoying Masters Tournament concessions, including our famous sandwiches. The Concessions team supports this operation, from food preparation to working at concession stands throughout the grounds.
Beverage Attendant
The Concessions Beverage Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, displaying a strong knowledge of the menu and maintaining efficient operations as a part of the Concessions experience.
Brewing Attendant
The Brewing Attendant is primarily responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages, such as coffee and teas, with acute attention to detail and a keen eye for the quality of the product.
Cashier
The Concessions Cashier is responsible for processing all sales transactions for patron purchases using the Point of Sale equipment. Cashiers play a crucial role in creating a Masters-like experience for patrons by maintaining the friendly and professional manner the Masters is known for.
Greeter
The Concessions Greeter is responsible for welcoming patrons and assisting them with knowledge of surrounding locations including restrooms, first aid, score boards, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes that patrons may request.
Sandwich Prep Day Shift
Sandwich Prep is responsible for preparing and assembling the iconic selection of sandwiches available at the Masters, including ensuring that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Sandwich Prep Overnight Shift
Sandwich Prep is responsible for preparing and assembling the iconic selection of sandwiches available at the Masters, including ensuring that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
Stand Attendant
The Stand Attendant is responsible for the resupply and presentation of our Concessions stands. This position assists with moving inventory from the storage area and displaying in the appropriate locations, making our stands an efficient and seamless experience for patrons.

Hospitality
Unparalleled service is central to everything we do at the Masters. The Hospitality team helps ensure each patron receives a level of service that is second to none across all hospitality locations and operations, from food and beverage to housekeeping and more.
Barback
The Barback is responsible for aiding the Bartender through set up, break down and restocking all alcohol, glassware and bar products. The position requires a proactive and attentive style of working to ensure that the presentation of the assigned bar is up to service standards.
Beverage Attendant
The Hospitality Beverage Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving beverages according to Club recipes and standards, while assisting in stocking the beverage area and maintaining sufficient levels of inventory and supplies.
Busser
The Busser is responsible for clearing dining tables and resetting them for service. Bussers also may be asked to assisting with table service and accommodate patron and guest requests during their dining experience.
Food Runner
The Food Runner is responsible for transporting all food orders to the correct table, assisting servers with patron requests and serving members, players and patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
Host/Hostess
The Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming patrons in a friendly and courteous manner while monitoring proper access to table service and alerting servers of additional table needs.
Housekeeping Attendant
The Housekeeping Attendant helps keep areas pristine by cleaning and maintaining assigned locations, including stocking supplies as needed. Housekeepers play a crucial role in keeping Masters Tournament buildings and spaces in top condition throughout the week.
Point of Sale Operator
The Point of Sale Operator is responsible for processing food and beverage orders by learning menu items and table numbers and interacting with all service staff to accurately track payments.
Restroom Attendant
The Restrooms Attendant is primarily responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned restrooms, ensuring all service meets Club standards.
Server
The Server is responsible for providing friendly, hospitable and timely service, maintaining full knowledge of all menu and bar selections. The Server must also communicate well with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient service for patrons and guests.
Steward/Dishwasher
The Steward is responsible for the washing, cleanliness and sanitation procedures of all dishware and food preparation materials including cooking utensils, china, kitchen equipment, flatware and glassware.
Valet Attendant
The Valet Attendant is responsible for transportation of guests both on and off property, including to and from hospitality cabins, member cabins, valet parking lot and other designated areas. This role requires providing unparalleled service and a friendly, professional manner when interacting with members, patrons and guests.

Merchandise
Shopping for Masters merchandise is a highlight for our patrons. We strive to provide a world-class shopping experience that is both efficient and enjoyable. As part of the Masters merch team, you can help our patrons take home memories and relive their time at Augusta National Golf Club for years to come.
Cashier
The Merchandise Cashier is responsible for processing all sales transactions for patron merchandise purchases using the Point of Sale equipment. Cashiers play a crucial role in creating a Masters-like experience for patrons by maintaining the friendly and professional manner the Masters is known for.
Facilitator
The Facilitator is responsible for adjusting merchandise prior to check-out by removing hangers, folding the product to locate the hang tag and placing the products back in the bags.
Greeter
The Greeter is the friendly and knowledgable resource for patrons by greeting them in a professional manner and communicating guidelines for entering the shop.
Merchandise Stocker
The Merchandise Stocker is responsible for resupplying products to the sales floor fixtures and displays. Stockers can also assist patrons and direct them to areas within the shop.
Operations
The Operations position is responsible for managing stock levels of an assigned area of the Golf Shop, communicating necessary resupply quantities and preparing merchandise for presentation.
Sales Attendant
The Sales Attendant provides unparalleled service to patrons within our shops by offering assistance and emphasizing features, fabrication, care instructions and benefits of products.

Operations
Executing one of the world’s premier sporting events requires teams that are committed to perfecting the patron experience. Our Supply Chain team provides logistics support to all Tournament operations, while our Security team maintains a safe and orderly experience for all in attendance. Together, these departments ensure that patrons are cared for from the moment they walk through our gates.
Supply Chain Associate
The Supply Chain Associate is primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering goods across the Club during Tournament while delivering exceptional customer service to internal departments or external clients.
Security Host
The Security Host is responsible for monitoring surroundings, assisting patrons and alerting law enforcement or contract security staff of suspicious behavior. This role is crucial in keeping patron safety a top priority and welcoming patrons as they enter the gates.
