Open Roles
Please note: Availability to work all dates of the Tournament (Saturday, April 3 – Sunday, April 11) is mandatory. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age on or before March 26, 2027, or the first day of employment, whichever occurs first. No exceptions.

Hospitality
Unparalleled service is central to everything we do at the Masters. The Hospitality team helps ensure each patron receives a level of service that is second to none across all hospitality locations and operations, from food and beverage to housekeeping and more.
Barback
The Barback is responsible for aiding the Bartender through set up, break down and restocking all alcohol, glassware and bar products. The position requires a proactive and attentive style of working to ensure that the presentation of the assigned bar is up to service standards.
Server
The Server is responsible for providing friendly, hospitable and timely service, maintaining full knowledge of all menu and bar selections. The Server must also communicate well with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient service for patrons and guests.

Merchandise
Shopping for Masters merchandise is a highlight for our patrons. We strive to provide a world-class shopping experience that is both efficient and enjoyable. As part of the Masters merch team, you can help our patrons take home memories and relive their time at Augusta National Golf Club for years to come.
Operations
The Operations position is responsible for managing stock levels of an assigned area of the Golf Shop, communicating necessary resupply quantities and preparing merchandise for presentation.
Sales Attendant
The Sales Attendant provides unparalleled service to patrons within our shops by offering assistance and emphasizing features, fabrication, care instructions and benefits of products.

Culinary
Unparalleled service is central to everything we do at the Masters. Our Culinary team helps ensure each patron receives a dining experience that is second to none.
Line Cook
The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and production of menu items in accordance with Club recipes. Line Cooks will work under the direction of the Chef to prep each item, ensuring service meets Club standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Pastry Cook
Under the direction of the Pastry Chef, the Pastry Cook is responsible for the production, set-up and preparation of all baked goods in accordance with Club recipes and standards. The Pastry Cook is also responsible for maintaining a neat, clean and safe work area at all times.
Expeditor
The Expeditor is responsible for proper plate presentation of all cuisine prior to table delivery to create an efficient service environment for runners, servers, and all other culinary staff, along with upholding all kitchen best practices.
